A non-refundable booking deposit of $50 will be charged at the time of scheduling an appointment. Consultation booking deposits are used towards the medical assessment and are not used towards your treatment unless a treatment appointment is booked during your consultation, then you will receive a $20 credit towards your first treatment. Treatment booking deposits are fully used towards your service. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time, the non-refundable deposit will be used towards the 24-hour cancellation policy. Booking deposits are non-refundable.

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look into adjusting the schedule. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are NOT guaranteed their scheduled time slot and may have to wait for the provider to finish with other clients first or reschedule to another day at the provider’s discretion. We value your time, and we kindly ask you to respect ours.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel your appointment via the patient portal or contact us directly. We require a 24-hour notice in order to offer openings to waitlisted patients. If you do not provide proper notice, your non-refundable booking deposit will be used towards our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation fees are strictly enforced and are non-refundable. If you no-show or cancel your appointment more than twice, we reserve the right to refuse scheduling for any future appointments.

House of Aesthetics accepts cash, and all major credit cards as methods of payment. We do not provide change for cash transactions but can leave any overpayments as a credit on a patient's account for future use.

Prepayments for services are refundable within 10 days of purchase. Any unused service funds can be transferred to use towards other services. Services received cannot be refunded. All booking deposits are non-refundable.

Visitors are only allowed in the treatment room during consultations, but not during treatment. The presence of any other person(s) during a treatment represents a safety hazard for both the client and the provider. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in our facility. Your safety, the safety of your child, and our ability to perform the best service possible are our top priorities.
